South Korea announced that October unemployment rate decreased, reaching the lowest in the 11 months after the plurality believes that the economy is recovering from recession. 

        National Statistical Office reported that South Korea’s unemployment rate was at 3.2% in October. This is the lowest level since November last year in which the unemployment rate was 3.1% and 3.4% decrease from the level in September.
